Summary: The article analyzes the political activity of Tadeusz Hołówko, aimed at organizing an international Promethean movement under Polish leadership. This movement developed in accordance with the Polish concept of Prometheism, aimed at breaking up the Soviet Union into separate nation states and uniting them with Poland on the basis of a federation. T. Hołówko became known as a skillful organizer of emigrants from Russia, forced to stay in Warsaw, Paris, Constantinople, etc. and acted on the orders of Józef Piłsudski. Thanks to his activities, the first Promethean organization was created on the basis of the newspaper "Przymierze" - "Związek Zbliżenia Narodów Odrodzonych". T. Hołówko organized the Club "Promethean" in Paris, which promoted the concept of Prometheism on the international stage. Together with Tadeusz Shaetzel, he founded the "Caucasus Independence Committee", which united anti‑Soviet emigrants from Transcaucasia in Constantinople. T. Hołówko participated in the creation and activities of the Institute for National Policy Research, the Eastern Institute, and the Ukrainian Scientific Institute in Warsaw - institutions that ensured the implementation of the Promethean concept. Thus, the text of the article, based on archival documents, convincingly proves that the greatest merits in organizing the international Promethean movement belong to T. Hołówko. T. Hołówko’s premature death in 1931 caused an irreversible loss for the entire Promethean movement.
